Rumors suggest that a new Casio G-Shock G-Steel GM-110 watch is on the way. The GM-110 Series, or GM110 Series, was launched in 2020 as a metal version of the GA-110 wearable. The most recent launch in this range was the GM-110GC-1A, which was released in Asia in February 2024.
Now, a report from the dedicated Casio blog Great G-Shock World suggests that a new all-metal version of the GM-110 is on the way. The publication cites a reader submission as the source of the rumor without providing any further hints indicating the origin of this information. The possible new G-Steel watch is expected to feature a stainless steel band alongside the stainless steel bezel seen on other wearables in the series. This would follow in the footsteps of the 2110 Series watch, with five GM-2110D wearables and a metal band launching last September.
Features of current GM-110 watches include support for 31 world time zones, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a countdown timer and five daily alarms. They also offer a Super Illuminator LED backlight and have a battery life expectancy of three years. It is unclear how much this rumored Casio G-Shock G-Steel GM-110 wearable could cost. As a guide, the older GM110-1A is currently available for $196.89 at Amazon.
