Casio has announced that the new DW-6900TR watches will be available in the UK in the near future. These three wearables, the DW-6900TR-1, the DW-6900TR-4, and the DW-6900TR-9, celebrate the 30th anniversary of the model. Features of the triple graph watches include an LED backlight and a five year battery life estimate.

The Casio G-Shock DW-6900 30th Anniversary Special Edition watches will be released in the UK. These models leaked earlier this year and have now appeared on the “Coming Soon” page of the G-Shock UK website. There are three variants: the DW-6900TR-1 (black), the DW-6900TR-4 (red) and the DW-6900TR-9 (yellow). These colors reflect the original three variants of the wearable.

The DW-6900 was launched in 1995 as a triple graph watch with a round face and a central button. Features of the DW-6900TR, or DW6900TR, include a digital watch face showing time in a 12 or 24 hour format. They offer a multifunctional alarm, a countdown timer and a stopwatch. Plus, the watches are water resistant to 200m and accurate to within 15 seconds each month. On top of this, there is a Super LED backlight to help you read the display in low lighting, and Casio estimates battery life at five years.

Each of the three models will have a bio-based resin casing and strap, with the display protected by mineral glass. The Casio G-Shock DW-6900TR-1ER, DW-6900TR-4ER and DW-6900TR-9ER watches are all listed with a price of £99.90 on the brand’s UK website. However, there is no indication as to when they will launch or which other countries they will be released in. If they launched in the US, they could cost $99.95, matching the RRP of the DW6900-1V (curr. $54.50 at Amazon).
