According to the product listing, the watch's health features include heart rate and blood oxygen level monitors. However, the accuracy of these tools is unclear.
You can use the watch to track your exercise using various sports modes. Plus, you can connect the watch to your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.0, enabling you to make and receive calls on the device. With 4 GB storage, you can play up to 200 songs on the gadget or stream music via your connected smartphone. A 400 mAh battery provides seven days of life with typical use on a single charge; the company claims that the device can last up to 35 days in standby mode.
