The mini PC market is hot, and with the plethora of options available to consumers, it can be difficult to find a tiny desktop to meet your needs and budget. That choice may be easier; today, one of the best mini PC options is on sale at Amazon.

The Beelink SER6 is currently 25% off at Amazon, dropping its price to US$519.20. This kit includes 32 GB of DDR5 RAM and a 500 GB PCIe NVMe SSD, so the PC is ready to run out of the box. 

The SER6 Pro on sale boasts an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, an 8-core/16-threaded APU with a base clock of 3.2 GHz and a boost up to 4.75 GHz. While the 7735HS is essentially a refresh of the Ryzen 7 6800H, it is a solid processor that packs a punch.

Perhaps the biggest draw to AMD-based mini PCs is their fairly good gaming performance packed into a tiny footprint. The SER6 Pro delivers in that regard; the Radeon 680M iGPU is capable of playing most modern titles at Low/Medium settings at 1920x1080. While the SER6 isn't a gaming PC, it certainly has gaming chops that can handle AAA games and chew through lighter titles without much fuss. Considering its size, the SER6 offers competent gaming performance.

In our review of the SER6 Pro, we noted its stellar compute and gaming power for its size. We also liked the fact that USB4 opens up the option for eGPU expansion but lamented there was only one USB4 port on the device. All said, we were fairly impressed by the SER6, only noting that it didn't offer much improvement over the cheaper Ryzen 7 6800H-based version. 

Today's sale essentially eliminates that last sticking point. At $519.20, it's a darn good deal, especially considering the amount of DDR5 RAM and storage included with the kit.
