Security cameras are a necessity for any household but a lot of them come with subscriptions in order to store footage. Baseus Security has recently launched its X1 Pro smart AI security camera that does not demand any subscription and offers high resolution monitoring of the surrounding area, along with all the key features. The company is running a promotion that brings down the price quite significantly.

Baseus Security X1 Pro camera features

Featuring two cameras with 3K resolution each, the X1 Pro allows for 300-degree coverage with AI tracking. The two cameras can be used for a stitched 300-degree FoV or as independent cameras. It packs a 7,800 mAh battery that is said to last 150 days but the package includes a 3W solar panel that keeps the battery charged at all times. Baseus claims 20 minutes of sunlight can give 24 hours of runtime.

It supports up to a 512 GB microSD card, though Baseus doesn’t include one in the package. This allows for local storage without having to get a monthly or yearly subscription. The security camera has night vision with both color and black and white options. There is a 100-lumen spotlight which isn’t great for adding color to the night vision, as we found in our review, but the rest of the features make up for it.

The Baseus X1 Pro security camera comes with motion detection, two-way audio, AI detection for humans, pets, and vehicles, along with Alexa and Google Home compatibility. Installation is a breeze as well. With its IP65 water resistance rating and operating temperatures of up to -20 degrees C, the cameras are protected from dust, rain, and snow.

There is an extra $30 off coupon that can be applied for a further reduction. On top of that, Baseus has shared a promo code ‘X1PROPRONLY’ that can be added at checkout and it adds another 10% off, taking the final price down to $160. The Baseus website also has it discounted and surprisingly the unit with a 32 GB microSD card included is cheaper than the one without.
