PS Plus mid-March 2026 game catalogue leak hints at notable additions for Extra and Premium

Sony is currently offering a total of four free games to PlayStation Plus users, which are available on Premium, Extra, and Essential tiers. These recent additions for March 2026 are decent, but it seems that the upper tiers are about to get a better game lineup soon.
A sketchy leak suggests that the PlayStation Plus Extra tier is about to get two acclaimed games: Dragon's Dogma 2 and Final Fantasy 16. This rumor has been shared by the notable tipster @billbil_kun, but the leaker notes that the source is unverified.
For what it's worth, Dragon's Dogma 2 and Final Fantasy XVI would be decent additions for the PS Plus Extra. Among the two, the former retails for $69.99, while the latter goes for $49.99 when not on sale (curr. $23.99 on Amazon).
More games are on the cards for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium
In addition to these two games for PS Plus Extra, the following games are being rumored for the mid-March 2026 update:
- Atomic Heart
- Resident Evil 4 Remake
- Life Is Strange: Double Exposure
- Star Wars Outlaws
- Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
These will reportedly be available on PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra, and the credibility of the source is at the same level as the last one. That is, all of these are nothing but rumored games for the upper PS Plus tiers, and they are not backed up by any credible leaker.
For those wondering, a new expansion to the PlayStation Plus catalogue for March 2026 is set to happen on March 17, 2026. Sony is expected to officially confirm the additions soon.
