During Ayaneo's latest sharing session, it not only unveiled a new Windows handheld, but also provided more details about the Pocket S Mini handheld. The Pocket S Mini was first announced in September 2025 with a planned release for March 2026.
Previously, Ayaneo had announced that the Pocket S Mini will have a 4:3 display. Now, it has revealed that the display is an LCD panel, but has still not disclosed the screen size. However, it does seem to be the same size as the screen of the Pocket Air Mini.
Ayaneo also revealed that the Pocket S Mini will be powered by the Snapdragon G3x Gen 2, the same processor that powered the 6-inch Pocket S released in 2024. Sadly, there's no info on RAM and storage options.
The Pocket S Mini will have a full CNC metal frame, RGB Hall Effect joysticks, Hall Effect triggers, and crystal-texture buttons. It will be available in Black, White, and a Retro Power edition, not unlike that of the Pocket Air Mini.
There are still a handful of details, including the price tag, that are currently unknown. Ayaneo will most likely have another sharing session to reveal these details.
