Anker launches new Solix PS60 Compact Solar Panel in bundle

Anker has launched the new Solix PS60 Compact Solar Panel as part of a bundle with the recently released Solix C300 DC Portable Power Station. Available at Amazon US, the accessory was originally spotted in the marketing materials for the C300 and C300 DC devices.

The PS60 has eight panels and is said to deliver a 23% conversion efficiency. It can connect to the power station via a 16V 3.75A 60W MC4 output, and a built-in stand allows you to position the panel to capture as much solar energy as possible. It is made of fiberglass for flexibility and scratch resistance, and it is IP68 rated water and dustproof. The compact accessory weighs 1.8 kg (~4.0 lbs), measuring 26.6 × 23.2 × 6.4 cm (~10.5 x 9.1 x 2.5 inches) when folded and 103.3 × 55.1 × 1.7 cm (~40.7 x 21.7 x 0.7 inches) when unfolded.

You can buy the bundle of the Solix C300 DC Portable Power Station and the PS60 Compact Solar Panel at Amazon US for $299.99. For context, the C300 DC retails for $199.99. Whether or when a similar bundle with the Solix C300 could go on sale is unclear. Rumors suggest that the PS60 Compact Solar Panel will be available to purchase separately in the next few months, with an expected RRP between $100 to $200. A more powerful accessory, the Anker Solix PS100 Compact Portable Solar Panel, is also scheduled to launch this November.
