Anker has launched the Prime Thunderbolt 4 Cable (3.3ft/1m) at Amazon US. The accessory offers 240W charging, a 40 Gbps data transfer rate and supports a connection to an 8K monitor. However, its recommended retail price puts it at the top end of Anker’s cable range.

The Anker Prime Thunderbolt 4 Cable (3.3ft/1m) has been launched at Amazon US. The accessory leaked on Reddit earlier in October, revealing many details about the product. It has model number A84N0 and is available in two colors: black and white.

The new Prime Thunderbolt 4 Cable offers a data transfer rate of 40Gbps, and it is Thunderbolt 4 certified by Intel. The accessory supports charging at up to 240W, which the product listing indicates as charging a MacBook Pro 14 (M3) to 50% in around half an hour. You can also use the cable to connect to an external display with a resolution of up to 8K, or two monitors with a 4K resolution. According to Anker, this braided cable can withstand over 5,000 bends, and it comes with an 18-month warranty.

You can now buy the Anker Prime Thunderbolt 4 Cable (3.3ft/1m) in black or white for $45.99 at Amazon US. This puts it at the higher end of Anker’s range, with other similar products like the 515 USB-C to USB-C Cable (USB4, 3.3ft) currently priced at $25.99 at Amazon.
