AMD Athlon II Neo K345
The AMD Athlon II X2 Neo K345 is a dual-core processor for subnotebooks. It offers an integrated DDR3-1066 memory controller and a single 16-Bit HyperTransport 3.0 Link clocked at 1000 MHz (2000 MHz effective system bus speed). The CPU is produced in 45nm SOI.
Compared to faster Turion II Neo processors like the K625 or K665, the K325 offers only a 64-Bit Floating Point Unit (Turion 128 Bit).
The performance of the slow clocked dual-core CPU is compareable to an older Intel Core 2 Duo SU2300 (1.2 GHz). Therefore, the performance is only suited for low demanding applications but still noticeable better than Intel Atom systems deliver.
