2024 HP Pavilion Plus 14 laptop gets refreshed with Intel Meteor Lake and AMD Ryzen Hawk Point processors
HP Pavilion Plus 14 has received its 2024 refresh. The laptop now has the latest AMD and Intel processors. To be specific, the base config of the Intel Meteor Lake variant has the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H CPU. It's a 14-core processor that comes with the Arc 7-core iGPU. HP paired this CPU with 16 GB of RAM.
The top-end Intel model features the Core Ultra 7 155H, which is a 16-core processor with an 8-core Arc iGPU. This config of the Pavilion Plus 14 is available with 32 GB of RAM.
Moving to the AMD variants, the base config features the Ryzen 5 8645HS CPU. It's a 6-core CPU that sports the Radeon 760M iGPU. Again, like the base Intel model, this one is also paired with 16 GB of RAM.
On the other hand, the maxed-out AMD model of the 2024 Pavilion Plus 14 has Ryzen 7 8845HS. This is an 8-core processor that packs the popular Radeon 780M iGPU. HP lets you configure this model with either 16 GB or 32 GB of RAM. It's worth noting that Intel variants come with a Thunderbolt 4 port, while it's replaced with a second USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C on the AMD variant.
The rest of the specs for both the Intel and AMD models are similar. In terms of the screen, the 2024 HP Pavilion Plus 14 is available with 14-inch OLED and IPS options. The OLED display brings 500 nits of HDR brightness rating, 120 Hz refresh rate, and 2800 x 1800 pixels resolution.
