Lenovo introduces SL410 and SL510 notebooks

These notebooks will be for non US markets
Founded in 1984, Lenovo has come from the dark days to be known as one the top companies dealing in home computers and notebooks. It also markets several server models and printers.
Lenovo also claims to be the first company to introduce the concept of the home computer in the People's Republic of China and after that strategic deal with IBM in 2005, Lenovo became a household name and after that there has been no looking back for the company.
Coming to the present scenario, Lenovo has introduced SL410 and SL510 laptops for non US markets. These laptops will be offered in an array of choices for the customers.
Processors: The laptops will be available in the following processor options
- Core 2 Duo T5870, T6670, P8700
- Celeron 900, T3000, or T3100
Display
- 16:9, 1366×768 pixels, 14-inch LED display
- 16:9, 15.6-inch LED display
Graphics Processing Unit
- GMA 4500MH, 4500MHD
- AMD M92-S2 XT
Hard Disk Drive: A range of hard disk drives upto 500GB
RAM: 1GB to 4GB of RAM
According to Cloned in China, the Lenovo Thinkpad SL410 will pack in a 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor P8700, a 14-inch 1366×768 16:9 LED-backlit, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics card, 3GB of RAM, 250GB of HDD, 6-cell Li-ion battery, 4 USB ports, and Windows Vista OS.
The SL410 is retailing at 5600 Yuan ($820). No news as such about the SL510 but soon we will be getting you the latest on it.
