Boasts of a 15-hour battery life
MSI has just made the Wind U110 Eco netbook official. Although this netbook was available on Amazon.com since last week the official announcement has just come in. Amazon was selling this model at a $30 less than the MSRP of $430 which MSI had quoted. The best part about this device is that MSI claims that this device can run for a whooping 15-hours, which means it provides all day computing to the user.
The specifications of this netbook have already been outed but its worth a mention considering its battery life. This netbook runs on the 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor which consumes lesser power than the common Intel Atom N270 processor. The device has 1GB RAM, 160GB hard disk, 9-cell Li-ion batytery, and a 10-inch 1024x600 resolution LED-backlit display. It has a couple of USB ports, VGA port, and Audio in/out port. Connectivity is provided by WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth. The MSI Wind U110 Eco measures 1.24-inches at its thickest point and weighs 3.2lbs.
