(Stealth Computers), a leading ISO 9001 manufacturer of industrial rugged computers and peripherals, has just released their new hybrid Notebook Warrior series computer, named Stealth NW2000. The NW2000 is a ruggedized convertible touchscreen notebook that has been specifically built to handle the demanding environments in both indoor and outdoor applications. This notebook meets Military Standard MIL-810F specifications (shock and vibration compliance) providing for superior performance over commercial grade products. It has a magnesium alloy chassis with built-in weather protective doors for all Input/Output ports. Moreover, the IP54 / NEMA13 environmental protection provides great degree of defense against lint, dust, and the spraying of water.

The NW2000 has a sunlight viewable 13.3-inch WXGA (1280 x 800) LCD resistive touchscreen display. This notebook is powered by the Intel Memrom 1.06GHz Core2 Duo ultra low voltage processor which provides for efficient power and thermal management. Other features on this rugged beast include:
