The AMD-powered Wind U210 has started shipping to US. Amazon lists it as MSI U210-008US 12.1-Inch Black Netbook - 5 Hour Battery Life and MSI U210-006US 12.1-Inch White Netbook - 5 Hour Battery Life. For some reason Amazon charges $429.99 for the black and $473.56 for the white model. Liliputing reported Newegg to be charging both black and white the same price - $429.99.

MSI has added an AMD Neo processor to the Wind U200 and has named the new machine - Wind U210. It has already launched the MSI Wind U200 netbook which has a 12-inch (1366 x 768) display powered by a Celeron ULV SFF 723 CPU and Intel GS45 chipset with GMA 4500M graphics. Now, MSI is planning to launch the Wind U210 which will have the same feature set as the Wind U200 netbook but, the internals will undergo a slight change. The MSI Wind U210 will be powered by a 1.6GHz AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core MV40 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and a 250GB SATA HDD. Graphics will be provided by the onboard ATI Mobility Radeon X1250, HyperMemory (integrated) GPU.  Connectivity will be provided by Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, and Bluetooth.
