Nokia Booklet 3G has an non-upgradable RAM

It comes with a 1GB RAM
Nokia’s first netbook has made a lot of fuss around. But it seems like an everyday netbook though. First it is over-prized, and now Liliputing reports that the RAM slots it has are not upgradeable. It comes with a 1GB RAM card which is soldered to the motherboard and is not user upgradeable. This could be a problem later on if you want more demanding tasks out of the system. But if it stays a netbook on your hands, 1GB should be good enough.
But there are a few other things as well, as Liliputing learns – the display panel can be opened almost 180 degree. Also the screen is a little too glossy, not fit for bright sunlight. The touchpad supports 2-finger scrolling though.
The Nokia Booklet 3G mini laptop is powered by the 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor, a 1GB of RAM, and a 120GB hard drive. It sports a 10.1 inch with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, HDMI output, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, a GPS, and a 3G modem.
The best part about this mini laptop is that it will offer users 12 hours of non-stop computing (as per company claims).
