Dell outs Vostro A90 business netbook
Dell Vostro A90 is basically an Inspiron Mini 9 netbook with nine new colors to choose from. The specifications are similar as well:
- Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor
- 8.9" LCD 1,024 x 600 display
- 1GB RAM
- 8GB solid state drive
- Built-in wireless LAN (802.11b / g)
- 300,000-pixel webcam
- Bluetooth module (V2.1 + EDR)
- Memory card reader
- 4-cell battery
- Windows XP Home Edition SP3
The netbook is announced only for the Japanese market and carries an astonishing high price of ¥92,830 ($999 USD). For comparison, the Inspiron Mini costs ¥57,079 (about $614 US) in Japan. With that high price, the Vostro A90 could easily compete for the world's most expensive netbook title.
