100 / 150 Dollar Laptop can be deactivated via network

In order to prevent the $ 100 laptop to be sold by black marketeers the XO should be able to be deactivated via Internet.
The XO, also known as $100 laptop (which will actually cost $ 150) can be remotely deactivated, and should be therewith not interesting for the black market.
The "One Laptop Per Child" notebooks can be connected in Mesh-networks. Therefore, only one of them needs to have access to the internet.
