CoolIT Systems introduced their MTEC docking station. The new device is made for cooling notebooks and will decrease temperature even of powerful components, like high end graphic chips or CPU’s.
The docking station operates with a thermo electrical cooling system which is based on Peltier elements. This system produces cold air and delivers it directly to the fans of CPU and GPU.
Furthermore, the MTEC docking station can get controlled by software. Supposedly, the device will come in the first quarter of 2009 on the market.
