Foxconn and Flextronics for Asustek

According to Chinese Economic Daily News, Asustek recently outsourced desktop PC and notebook production to Foxconn Electronics and Flextronics. Next year more then 10% of Asustek's total notebook shipments will come from Foxconn. First shippments to Asustek should start in early 2009. Impact on former supplier Pegatron Technology reportedly should not be too strong.
Asustek did not comment on the speculation.
