64 GB USB stick presented

The manufacturer expands its product range by an USB stick with a capacity of 64 GB.
Transcend introduced a new USB stick at the IFA 2008. The new device is the Transcend JetFlash V20 with a disk size of 64 GB.
Therefore, Transcend is the first manufacturer which offers a 64 GB USB stick in the classical size. The stick also provides the USB 2.0 technology and can be used at USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 ports as well.
The manufacturer specifies a reading speed of 10 MB/s and a writing speed of 3 MB/s. Furthermore, Transcend provides additional software for free download. Some of these programs are website AutoLogin, PC-lock, Secret-Zip data encryption, mobile e-mail and backup software.
The Transcend JetFlash V20 USB Stick with 64 GB will be available in September and should cost € 199 (would be around $ 293) .
