Major netbook companies have to endure declining revenue

Asus, Gigabyte and MSI see revenue declining this year.
Some of the biggest players in the netbook market – Asustek, Gigabyte and MSI, are about to bear with less revenue this year – as reported by Digitimes.
Asus saw an increase in monthly revenue of 27.82% (US $501.5m), but reported a drop of 16.26% consolidated revenue on year. They shipped 2million notebooks and 2.8million Eee PCs in March.
Gigabyte experienced an increase of 7.3% (NT $3.89b) on month, but a drop of 7.5% on year.
Likewise MSI also saw an increase of 9.36% (NT $6.45b) in March, but a substantial 27.79% on year.
