It doesn't come cheap
A few days back we gave a run down on the Kohjinsha’s PA Series mini Tablet PC when it was officially unveiled at CEATEC Japan 2009. At that time the pricing was not revealed, but recently the pricing details were revealed officially by the makers of the mini tablet. And looking at the prices, it seems that the small looking tablet has a price which equates to that of a high end netbook.
Just a reminder of how the spec sheet read at the unveiling of the Kohjinsha’s PA Series mini Tablet:
- Processor: Intel’s Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor
- Memory: 512MB RAM
- Hard Disk Drive: 320GB SSD

It will hit Japan early next month. Now coming to the real thing, the pricing. It has been priced at ¥69,800 that equates to about $770. That's certainly not cheap and if you plan to import it then it’s bound to burn a hole in your pocket. Importing this device will cost you ¥79,800 upwards, that's about $870!!!
