Solar-powered laptop bag

The manufacturer Voltaic developed a solar-powered notebook bag.
What are you going to do when you are away on business and want to use your laptop, but the battery is empty? Sure you are going to look for a power point and charge the notebook, but when you don’t find one, you cannot use the laptop. Voltaic solved this problem, and designed the Generator, a solar-powered notebook bag. Other manufacturers produce such bags as well, but they need a few days to charge one laptop battery. The Generator only needs one day for recharging, because the solar cells produces 14.7 watts. An adapter for cell phones, one for an USB device and a car adapter are included too. Furthermore the bag is equipped with a battery, which gets charged when the sun is shining. Therefore recharging of a notebook battery is possible even when you are in shade. The price is a big disadvantage, because the Generator costs $ 599,-.
