Category: rumorsBy: Klaus Hinum
According to the German website Computerbase.de, Nvidia is planning to launch a bunch of new mainstream graphic cards for notebooks that are produced in 40nm.
The GeForce GT 230M (Codename N10P-GE) and GeForce GT 240M (N10P-GS) should be positioned above the current GT 130M. Both cards should give the 4650 and 4670 of AMD a hard time in the middle class.
In the lower segment, the GeForce G 210M (N10M-GS) will be the successor of the GeForce G 110M.
Finally, two new GeForce GTS 2xxM models will be the successors of the GeForce GTS 150M and 160M models.
All cards should be manufactured in the new 40nm process as the upcoming Mobility Radeon HD 4830 and 4860 cards from ATI.
