Dell Inspiron Z530 is the Unannounced Dell E-Slim?
Dell has not officially announced its unofficial competitor to the MacBook Air, so it seems that an online store in the UK has done it for them. What we see here is a screenshot from the website of Tesco, a UK supermarket chain that also happens to sell laptops. Although it is listed as the Dell Inspiron Z530, it looks a lot like what the Dell E-Slim could be. The name Z530 reminds on Atom Z530. I don't suppose that's where it got the name... Probably not - unless Dell really wants to name this computer after the processor it will apparently use. Online retailer Tesco has a listing for the Z530 which seems to fit the specs that were originally posted for the E Slim.
The specs:
- Display: 12 inch, 1366 x 768 pixels
- CPU: 1.3GHz Intel Atom
- Storage: 40GB 4200 rpm HDD
- RAM: 1GB

- Connectivity: 802.11b/g WiFi, Ethernet,
- Color: Black
- Optical Drive: No
- Weight: 1.2kg
