Lemfofit Lem 3 smartwatch purports to pack ECG and blood glucose sensing for under $50
With its curved 1.85-inch AMOLED display and physical crown, the Lem 3 looks most like a slightly stretched-out Apple Watch. However, Lemfofit asserts that there is much more to this new product than the average wearable.
It allegedly packs the "Blood Glucose Monitor" that has not even made it to the aforementioned flagship Watch yet, not to mention the sleep-tracking and "Body Composition Report" capabilities of the ~$300 Samsung Galaxy Watch6 series.
The IP67-certified Lem 3 is also rated to generate the "HRV Lorenz Scatter Plots" that might help denote an heart condition, although showing one to a doctor is less than likely to seal a formal diagnosis.
On that note, Lemfofit does indeed insist that its new wearable is an "ECG" watch - then again, any disclaimer screens that warn the feature may not apply or function in your region might come as no surprise, as the feature may only be officially approved for use in China.
Nevertheless, the OEM might hope prospective customers do not care all that much given the NFC-enabled Lem 3's relatively cheap starting price of $159.99. However, it is discounted to just $49.99 right now, in black or silver finishes with a choice of black silicon or brown leather straps.
