According to some recent leaks, Huawei is about to launch a new series of TVs. The OEM is also now said to have partnered with the sound specialist Devialet for these putative 2021 smart screens' audio solutions. This collaboration has, apparently, results in inbuilt speakers that might make the user forget about an external set-up.

Huawei has reportedly sent its next smart TV to the Chinese regulator 3C for approval, suggesting this device will launch soon. This putative successor to the Vision X65 supposedly goes by the code-name Frea, and has a screen measuring 75 inches diagonally.

The device (also possibly known as the Huawei HD75FREA) may also have an 85-inch sibling. They are both also now said to have inbuilt speakers developed in conjunction with the high-end audio group Devialet. According to the Weibo leaker Changgan Digital King, this collaboration has resulted in default audio of such quality it might even negate the use of extra home-theater equipment with the new smart screens.

Those are admittedly pretty lofty claims; however, the essential assertion of a Huawei x Devialet smart TV are plausible enough, particularly given the recent launch of the smart Sound X speaker also developed with the French company. This new alleged next step in this partnership is also rumored to feature the same "floating screen" technology as in the Matebook X Pro 2020 laptop.
