Some Amazfit Balance 2 smartwatch users have gained a blood pressure monitoring feature. This tool was already available for several of the brand’s older wearables like the original Balance and the T-Rex 3 (curr. $279.99 at Amazon).
Now, a few Balance 2 smartwatch users have reported getting the blood pressure tracking feature in a new update. However, it is worth noting that the Amazfit Blood Pressure app is currently only available in a limited number of countries, including Singapore, India and Brazil; it is not available in Europe or North America.
The feature allows users to measure and track their systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings. Through the app, users are reminded to ensure the watch’s wristband is tight and to position their arm flat on a table before proceeding with the 30 second measurement. The accuracy of the collected data is unclear. Plus, the company warns users that the device “shall not be used for clinical decision-making and treatment”.
The Blood Pressure seems to have arrived for Balance 2 users with software version 3.16.0.3, which started to roll out in mid-July 2025. This update also brought a new Ultramarathon running mode, optimizations for the digital crown and reduced lag in the Control Center. Zepp Health, the company behind the Amazfit brand, has not announced any plans to bring this blood pressure monitoring feature to users in North America or Europe.
