Xiaomi expands MIUI 12.5 rollout for the Redmi Note 10 Pro
Xiaomi has been taking its sweet time with the rollout of the current iteration of its skin, MIUI 12.5. The company has sent the MIUI 12.5 update to a handful of its phones, including the Mi 11 Pro and Mi 10. The next device to receive the MIUI 12.5 update is the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
To clarify, Xiaomi began rolling out the MIUI 12.5 update to the Redmi Note 10 Pro last week. Like with all Xiaomi rollouts, though, it only went out to a select portion of the population in certain regions. At the moment, Xiaomi is sending out the update to the Indian, European, and Global models of the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
In India, the MIUI 12.5 update for the Redmi Note 10 Pro bears the build designation "MIUI 12.5.1.0 RKFINXM" and weighs in at 732 MB. In Europe, the update has the build number "MIUI 12.5.1.0 RFKEUXM" and weighs 721 MB. The global model has a similar build with designation "MIUI 12.5.1.0 RKFMIXM". It's important to note that this is just a stable beta, so will only be sent out randomly for now, pending a full rollout.
