Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Almighty Sweeping Robot 2 in China. The robot has up to 6,000 Pa suction power with high-speed mopping for a deeper clean. Various brushes help the device reach corners and along the skirting board, and the mop head can be lifted when the gadget detects carpet to avoid wetting the fabric.
The Mijia Almighty Sweeping Robot 2 has smart functions such as automatic mop cleaning and drying and automatic onboard water refill from the 4L capacity tank in the dock. Plus, thanks to automatic dustbin emptying, Xiaomi suggests that you can keep your floors clean hands-free for up to 75 days. You can also opt for intelligent detergent dosing and plumb the dock in for automatic water waste disposal and clean water replenishment.
The robot uses LDS laser navigation and obstacle avoidance technology to move around your home safely and efficiently. Plus, you can control the vacuum via the Xiaomi app or with Xiao AI voice commands. While the battery capacity is not provided, the company suggests that the vacuum can easily clean your entire home. You can now buy the Xiaomi Mijia Almighty Sweeping Robot 2 in China for the discounted price of 2,799 yuan (~US$384). The gadget is expected to retail for 3,499 yuan (~US$479) in the future.
