New Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 6.5L with smart warming feature unveiled
The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 6.5L has been unveiled on a new product page on the brand’s global website. As with other recent models from Xiaomi, the gadget can be used for various cooking methods, including baking, defrosting, fermenting and yoghurt making. The device provides 360° convection heating for even cooking.
The Smart Air Fryer can be set to temperatures between 40 and 220°C (~104 to 428°F). The larger 6.5L capacity allows you to roast a whole chicken, and an accompanying tray and grill enable you to cook in two layers simultaneously. A degreasing feature removes more excess fat and oil from your food than other air fryers, and an intelligent warming feature automatically keeps food hot for up to 30 minutes after it has finished cooking. You can control the device via a smartphone app, scheduling the machine to turn on within the next 24 hours and browsing over 100 recipes designed for the air fryer.
You can also control the air fryer with Google Assistant voice commands or the integrated LCD smart display. It remains unclear when the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 6.5L will launch, where it will be available and how much it will cost. The product will be offered in black and white colorways when it goes on sale.
