Reviews for the Xiaomi Mi Note 10
Huge battery, huge number of megapixels in the camera, huge wattage on the charger. With the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, there are several superlatives, but you have to take a slight step back when it comes to the processor performance. Our detailed review reveals whether a purchase is worthwhile.

Definitely, the new Xiaomi Mi Note 10 smartphone deserves its attention. As practice has shown, this is a good device that received an impeccable camera, as for a middle-class device. In addition to the camera, the device received many other useful features, such as fast charging, high-quality and bright screen with curved edges, good performance and decent battery life with the presence of fast charging. Disadvantages are present and the most important of them is the lack of a slot for an additional memory card. Even 128 GB can be a problem for some users, as the 108 MP sensor takes pictures and videos with large file sizes.

Much like Huawei, Xiaomi has the threat of US sanctions hanging over it. While it hasn’t received a ban, there’s a chance it may happen – especially if the company calls attention to itself by becoming more successful in the West. So is it worth taking a risk on the Xiaomi Mi Note 10? Simply put, yes. The 108-megapixel sensor – as good as it is – isn’t the only thing that the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has going for it. It’s well-priced, has a gigantic battery, looks fantastic and the screen is almost perfect. Yet again, Xiaomi’s pricing is a deep breath of fresh air.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 review after 5 months is it now worth it since the price has dropped? FM Radio, LTE Band 20, 3.5mm jack, 108MP camera, 32MP selfie, 20MP ultrawide and 5 x Optical camera, 5260mAh battery with 30W charging.

As a package, though, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 offers a lot of value. If battery life, camera versatility, and extras like a headphone jack and an IR blaster are important to you, it’s hard to find a competitive device at this price point.

Xiaomi hasnt always survived my durability tests. Its time to see if their new Mi Note 10 Pro can handle the abuse of every day life. We'll start off with a scratch test on the Note 10 to see what the screen, back glass, and camera lenses are made from. The Mi Note 10 Pro has 5 camera lenses on the back, including a Macro camera for close up shots.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 camera is one of the best cameras we’ve tested, and one of the most exciting in terms of hardware development as it had the first commercial 108MP sensor. We have shown that such an increase in the Megapixel count can lead to visible improvements in Details and Texture for the user.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is a powerhouse in so many ways, from its camera and screen quality to its charging speeds and sleek look; it's just a shame there are a few weak spots which cast a shadow over the experience of using the phone.

With Mi Note 10 Xiaomi has made a giant step forward in design, and complements its elegant body with enhanced MIUI 11 software. Its USP is the penta-lens 108Mp camera, which wows on paper but can't stand up to the best cameraphones. More successfully, then, battery life is incredible. This is not a flagship phone, but it’s a strong all-round mid-ranger, and thanks to an attractive price point it has serious appeal.

Here, then, is the long-form answer: If you can accept that these are mid-rangers blessed with a single groundbreaking feature, if you’re not a person in a hurry, if you shoot mostly alone, and/or if you like the idea of flaunting the “108MP” and “5X Optical” inscriptions on the back - you'll love the Mi Notes 10. At around S$730-S$740 on the street now, the 10 Pro is about a hundred bucks less than, say, a Huawei P30 Pro, and it comes with slightly less snappy performance, but zoom you can really show off. However, if you demand consistent performance in all areas from your phone, or you believe that headliner features should come with headliner specs all round, this duo is not for you. Give them a miss and see what the upcoming Mi 10 series, with its rumoured Snapdragon 865 processor, has to offer.

The Mi Note 10 is for those people who don't see the lack of a top of the line chipset as a deal breaker, but at the same time can't live without top notch cameras and want to spend as little as currently possible for that. We're not sure if the suddenly resurrected Mi Note line will continue to be all about experimentation in the future, but the Mi Note 10 definitely feels like one of the most interesting concepts of 2019 in the mobile world, even if you're not likely to have thought of it that way.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is a good phone that, like most Xiaomi handsets, is attractively priced. The quality of the hardware included for the money is good – or much better in the case of the camera lineup. The main 108-megapixel camera impresses, as does the quality of its zoom images.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is not available officially in the US, but frankly, I don't think you're missing out on much. For just a few bucks more you can get a recent OnePlus phone. Sure, it might not have as big of a battery, but it will likely deliver the kind of hassle-free experience you'd expect from a contemporary phone.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is markedly different from the rest of Xiaomi’s lineup. While their smartphones generally serve up a balanced package that offers amazing bang-for-buck at every price point, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 offers a camera that’s better than any flagship they have released, and possibly one of the best in the market till date. Priced at RM2099, they also successfully pull it off at a price point that’s lower than many of the flagships it outperforms in terms of camera performance.

You won’t get a better camera phone for €549 than the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 – it’s that simple. The fact it also looks gorgeous and has a bright, punchy screen adds to its appeal. That said, as an across-the-board smartphone, the price is a bit harder to swallow if you don’t need the best camera around.

In addition, the author also thinks that the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro is like the imaging system advance verification phone of Xiaomi’s flagship Xiaomi Mi 10 (which should be the name without an accident), and fills the last shortboard of Xiaomi rushing to the high-end and creating the phone. Also, let the author look forward to the Xiaomi Mi 10 that will come soon.

As a main mobile phone,Xiaomi MI Note 10 (Mi CC9 Pro) has set a new benchmark for the whole industry with a 100 Megapixel lens. Although as the first product, Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro still has some shortcomings. However, the emergence of a 100 Megapixel lens has undoubtedly provided new ideas for the development of the entire industry, and also raised the standard of mobile phone photography again. Xiaomi is such a company. It always uses new technologies and ideas to stimulate the development of the industry and educate users. Here you can give Xiaomi and Mi CC9 Pro a compliment!

The Mi Note 10 gives an early indication at some of the smartphone trends we’ll likely see in 2019, including five-camera arrays and super-high megapixel sensors. The potential of the hardware at play here is tempting, and I'm excited to see how well this camera performs in detail.

If you are after the camera experience, there is probably no better-equipped smartphone than the Mi Note 10 - it has a camera for every situation. Sure, the camera experience could use a bit more work via future updates, but even in this stage - it's certainly the phone's highlight feature. The Mi Note 10 is not the best smartphone on the market, but with a stunning design, powerful hardware, and an unmatched set of cameras - it is certainly a great package worth recommending.

The first phone to bring a 108-megapixel camera to the fore brings some other interesting features, including a ultra-capacious battery, attractive OLED display, and decent in-screen fingerprint scanner. But the penta camera arrangement is far from perfect, with poor macro, limited low-light abilities, and not the fastest of camera apps. So being first doesn't mean it's all-round being best.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is the first phone with a 108MP sensor, and there is something to say for a company pushing the bounds of innovation. I love Xiaomi’s cameras and think the Mi Note 10 is a jack of all trades in terms of imaging, but the industry as a whole needs to stop pushing the fallacy that more megapixels automatically make a device better.

The Mi CC9 Pro Premium Edition’s multiple cameras help make it one of the very best phones we’ve tested for both still and video imaging. The dual tele-cameras are particularly unusual and provide photographers with additional telephoto reach compared to most other phones.

As someone who owns a Xiaomi phone already, I show great interest in new devices. When I heard about the Mi Note 10, I was kind of hyped. A phone with 108 MP camera? At first, I thought it would be a good idea, but then the next follow up question was, "Why?". There are 5 cameras in total for different purposes. So, it is pretty natural to expect different mods.
But, is the Note 10 just a phone with a huge amount of MPs? Unfortunately, it seems so. From day one, the expectancy was to have something expensive. Because, it was hyped as I said. But this did not turn out to be true. Not because the hype is no longer there. It is mainly because Xiaomi cut some corners. For instance, the Mi Note is not popular for its CPU or GPU. Just its camera makes it unique. Especially, the CPU is weak. It is not in flagship class. Therefore my main question is how long will I be able to use it? Considering the fact that next year there can be many more models with better cameras coming in, is it a worthwhile investment?
Well, there are multiple answers to this question. Some claim even with 108 MP camera, it is still not that much superior compared to the iPhone 11 or the Huawei P30 Pro. Both of these models have cameras with less MPs. In some cases Xiaomi of course beats the competition, but the same goes for other manufacturers too. Keeping in mind that those models almost cost twice as much, but at the same time provide much better overall performance as well.
So, if we were to take away the special camera, would the Mi Note 10 still be such a hype? Obviously not. Because then it will be just another mid-range smartphone.
If someone comes and asks me whether they should buy the device. I don’t think I can directly give an answer right away. Just like almost all other smartphones, there are cases where it makes sense and where it does not. If you are a budget buyer and looking to get a good camera, sure. At the same time your day to day usage should be limited to social media and some limited tasks. This actually applies to most of the users today. The only situation where users can face some challenges could be with demanding games and maybe with too many apps running at the same time. If you have the money and are just looking for a good camera, I would strongly suggest to not be fooled by the high amount of MPs. Picture quality is not measured with just MPs. There are multiple factors with it. Check online comparisons and images then make an educated purchase.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
