Xiaomi HyperOS global rollout schedule leaks online with nine devices set to lead way
Xiaomi debuted its new Android skin, HyperOS, last month as a replacement for MIUI. Information on the company's plans for the global rollout plans of its all-new Android overlay has now surfaced online as well, with its flagship phones getting utmost priority as one would expect.
As revealed by GSMChina, Xiaomi plans to begin its global rollout for HyperOS next year. In Q1, to be exact. Seemingly, Xiaomi will kick off the rollout with nine of its highest-profile devices next year, namely the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi Pad 6, Xiaomi 13T, Xiaomi 13T Pro, Xiaomi 12T, Xiaomi 12T Pro, and Xiaomi 11T. For some reason, the Xiaomi 11T Pro isn't listed. It'd be surprising if it doesn't get the Hyper OS update around the same time as the vanilla Xiaomi 11T, however.
It's important to note that this list only seems to consider devices under Xiaomi's main line of smartphones. Likely devices from POCO and Redmi can be expected to receive HyperOS, except likely in latter stages of the rollout.
