Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro colors and model variants leaked along with vague release date timeframe
We have already had some leaked information about the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro, including some quite suspect price tags and even an alleged rendering of the 12T Pro. In addition, many of the key specifications for the Xiaomi 12T Pro have already been reported, and although this latest leak includes that information, it also offers up a more detailed picture of the Xiaomi 12T. As for the release date, it has been claimed that the phones will arrive in September, but that’s as precise a timeframe as there is at the moment.
Starting off with the supposed Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro colors, it’s reckoned the choices will be cosmic black, lunar silver, and clear blue. This selection is hardly a big surprise, as the Xiaomi 11T Pro came in meteorite gray, moonlight white, and celestial blue – so fancy names for what sound like similar colors. In regard to the RAM and storage, the Xiaomi 12T is reportedly getting 8 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB configurations. As for the Xiaomi 12T Pro, this will apparently start with an 8 GB + 256 GB option and then there will be a powerful 12 GB + 256 GB unit.
As well as the above leaked information, the same source (Pricebaba) also opines that a 200 MP camera sensor is coming to the Xiaomi 12T Pro, as has been previously stated, and that there will be 67 W fast charging for the Xiaomi 12T and 120 W for the Pro model. Both phones are likely to take advantage of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage types, with Android 12-based MIUI 13 as the operating system. While the Xiaomi 12T may get a Dimensity 8100, the 12T Pro should sport a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Expect to pay around €649 (roughly US$645, £558, ₹51,549) for the standard Xiaomi 12T and €849 (about US$844, £730, ₹67,435) for the Pro variant.
