XPPen Artist Pro 27: 4K 120 Hz drawing display released with excellent color accuracy

XPPen has introduced a new high-end external display aimed at creative professional. Dubbed the Artist Pro 27, the new 27-inch display features a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, as well a refresh rate of 120 Hz for smooth operation and visuals.
According to XPPen, the Artist Pro 27 display should boast impressive color reproduction capabilities. The drawing display covers a claimed 99% of the Adobe RGB and sRGB color gamuts, and 97% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
Color accuracy is also quite impressive, with ΔE below 1. Creative Bloq's review of the Artist Pro 27 paints a promising picture, praising its rich and vivid display. Brightness levels are rather modest, however, topping out at 350 nits.
Of course, stylus support is a crucial aspect of any display aimed at artists. Both the X3 Pro Slim and X3 Pro styli offer impressive features, with a whopping 16,384 levels of pressure sensitivity. For ease of use, the display can be tilted all the way from 16° to 72°. An accuracy of +/- 0.4 mm (center) has been advertised. The display, weighing in at 15.43 pounds, should be portable enough to haul around if necessary.
Other notable details of the XPPen include ten-finger multitouch support, anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coating, and Windows/macOS/ChromeOS/Android/Linux compatibility. The I/O options include USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, and an audio jack. Priced at $1,899, the XPPen Artist Pro 27 display is currently available for purchase directly from XPPen.
Needless to say, digital creators who would prefer a smaller display can check out small offerings from XPPen's range, such as the Artist Pro 24, currently available for $770 on Amazon.
