Vivo's next compact flagship phone leaked with camera details

A leak from reputable tipster Digital Chat Station has shed light on camera details of a new Vivo smartphone, likely part of the next-generation X500 series. For context, the Vivo X500 series is expected to launch later in 2026 as Vivo's next flagship lineup, succeeding the X300 series.
The upcoming device is said to feature a display measuring approximately 6.37 inches. Notably, it is tipped to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity chipset built on a 2nm process node. A previous leak suggested that the Dimensity 9600 series may power the Vivo X500 series.
The leak claims that the upcoming flagship compact phone will feature a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.28-inch sensor size and LOFIC support, along with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens.
The tipster suggests that the compact model will be part of the Pro lineup. Notably, all Pro models are tipped to feature periscope telephoto cameras with an 85mm-equivalent focal length.
