Vivo X500 FE heads for global release as certifications emerge

The Vivo X500 series was introduced in September 2026 in China, comprising three devices: the standard Vivo X500, X500 Pro, and X500 Pro Max. Now, Vivo appears to be preparing another addition to the lineup. The Vivo X500 FE has surfaced in Indonesia's TKDN certification database, following earlier appearances on other regulatory platforms.
According to the TKDN listing, the smartphone carries the model number "V2653". The listing confirms 5G connectivity but does not reveal any other specifications. Previously, the Vivo X500 FE was spotted in the IMEI database with two model numbers, "V2653" and "V2654". The "V2653" model number has also appeared in the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) database.
The Vivo X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max are officially scheduled to launch in Europe on October 27, although it remains unclear when the X500 FE will debut.
For context, the Vivo X500 FE is expected to succeed the X300 FE (12/512GB curr. $829.81 on TradingShenzhen), which launched in April 2026. The X300 FE features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, and Zeiss-tuned cameras.
