Unfortunate: Owners of certain Anker 3D printers might be left high and dry

Owners of some 3D printers should be aware that Anker and eufyMake devices might face issues in case of defects, as some products of these brands have already become unavailable.

Attentive readers may have heard that in March 2025, it was announced that AnkerMake would become eufyMake. At that time, it was still claimed that nothing would change for customers. However, now there are some rather bad news. Specifically, eufyMake is no longer selling 3D printers or spare parts. The company’s spokesperson Brett White has officially commented on this situation. The M5 and M5C models are no longer available for purchase, and this will not change in the future. That said, it’s not entirely clear if there could be new models released by the brand.

In principle, this doesn’t necessarily have to be an issue for customers if certain products are no longer sold by a company, but the situation here is somewhat different in this case. 3D printers are rather complex products with wear and tear that also results in a need for certain spare parts and supplies.

On Reddit, one user criticized that his own 3D printer is no longer usable because the hotend is broken and there is no replacement. The extruder is apparently still available, but quite expensive if only the hotend is needed. It is currently unknown if all spare parts will become available again, either via official or unofficial channels. Either way, we have already reviewed an Anker 3D printer, which might not be the most future-proof choice considering this latest development.
