Ugreen releases upgraded compact 65W charger with AVS support

Ugreen has quietly released a new version of its Nexode Air 65W charger with AVS (Adjustable Voltage Supply) support. The original accessory (Notebookcheck review) went on sale back in May, featuring a compact design and 65W maximum output. With the new model, Ugreen added dynamic power output for faster, safer charging on compatible devices like the new iPhone 18 Pro.
Like Apple's 40W Dynamic Power Adapter with 60W Max (curr: $34.99 on Amazon), the updated Nexode Air 65W can fine-tune its output voltage based on the phone's battery level. Compared with the older model, it offers faster charging while generating less heat, which should help protect battery health over time.
According to Ugreen, the updated charger can charge the iPhone 18 Pro Max to 50% in just 15 minutes, similar to Apple's own dynamic charger. The Ugreen model is, however, more compact and comes in the same burgundy colorway as the new iPhone 18 Pro. That said, with support for PD and PPS charging, the Nexode Air can also charge a wide range of devices, including laptops and Samsung phones.
The Nexode Air 65W with AVS features an ultra-compact design measuring 1.22 x 1.30 x 1.59 inches, with foldable prongs for easy storage. It includes nine charging protections, along with Ugreen's Thermal Guard tech and its latest GaN chip to help prevent overheating. Buyers can purchase the upgraded Nexode Air 65W charger on Amazon for $39.99 in the US and €34.99 in Germany. The charger comes with a matching 100W 3.3 ft braided USB-C cable.
