The Ugreen FineTrack S has been released in markets worldwide. It joins the brand’s existing range of alternatives to the Apple AirTag, like the FineTracker Tag and FineTracker Slim Wallet Track.
Ugreen’s new FineTrack S works with Samsung SmartThings; it is worth noting that iOS is not supported by this model, though there is another version for Apple device users. You can use the tracker to keep an eye on the location of your possessions, wherever you are in the world. Through the SmartThings Find app, you can receive notifications if an item is left behind or trigger an 80 dB buzzer to help you find your belongings.
Also viewable in the app is a seven-day location history. Another feature of the FineTrack S is bidirectional tracking, meaning you can use the tag to trigger an alert to help you locate your connected smartphone. According to Ugreen, the FineTrack S has up to 550 days, or 18 months, battery life; the CR2032 battery is replaceable. The tracker has a built-in hole, which can be used to attach it to your chosen item. Like the original Ugreen FineTrack, for iOS devices, the FineTrack S measures 36 x 36 x 7.4 mm (~1.4 x 1.4 x 0.3 inches).
In the US, you can now buy a 2-pack of the Ugreen FineTrack S at Amazon for $29.99. At Amazon France, the product is reduced from €39.99 to €31.99 for Amazon Prime Day. A similar offer is available in Italy, where customers can pick up the devices for €27.99. Amazon Prime Day is running from July 8th through July 11th 2025.
