Ugreen Finder: Apple AirTag alternative now available with steep launch discount

Just a few days ago, Ugreen has launched the Finder Slim, a super-slim AirTag alternative that looks like a credit card. With the Ugreen Finder, the Chinese company has now unveiled a new Bluetooth tracker in a rather traditional format, which is already on sale with a mentionable discount.

While the Ugreen Finder is not listed on Amazon just yet, it will eventually carry an official price tag of around $20. But thanks to a launch offer on Aliexpress that ships to the United States and many other countries around the world, the Ugreen tracker can already be ordered for just $11 for a single pack. Customers who need two, three or four units can save even more. Since Amazon is currently asking $23 for a single Apple AirTag, the Ugreen Finder only costs half as much.

Needless to say, the Ugreen Finder is another alternative to the AirTag that is officially certified and works with Apple’s Find My App for iOS, iPadOS and macOS devices. The Bluetooth tracker can be attached to a key ring, but it can also be used to track and locate luggage while traveling, among many other things.

In addition to global tracking via "Find My" and Siri, a loud alarm can help with locating lost items. The Ugreen gadget can also inform users when it is left behind, in which case a push notification shows up once a smartphone moves further away from the tracker. The Ugreen find also notifies users if its CR 2032 battery is low, which can be replaced quite easily. That said, the company claims that the tracker has a battery life of up to 12 months.
