Two Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer models with app control launch globally

The Xiaomi Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L has been released in several European countries. This newer model from the brand is said to have a large capacity thanks to its dual-layered design.

Xiaomi’s new Smart Double Stack Air Fryer has a total capacity of 12L across its two baskets, which are stacked one atop the other. Each basket has two layers, which, according to Xiaomi, allows you to prepare four dishes simultaneously. With a maximum output of 2,800W, hot air is circulated around the machine for an even cook. Users can set the temperature to between 40 and 230°C (~104 and 446°F). Plus, there is the option to select different settings for the two baskets, or to sync them with a dedicated button.

The Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L offers 14 preset modes, such as fries, steak and reheat. These settings can be controlled via the color LCD touchscreen on the front of the machine. Plus, it can be connected to the Xiaomi Home app, where you can find recipes, schedule cooking time up to 24 hours in the future, and access a drying mode. The baskets and accessories are dishwasher safe, and this model is compact, measuring 520 x 335 x 457 mm (20.47 x 13.19 x 17.99 inches). Xiaomi indicates that this makes it 35% smaller horizontally than the Dual Zone Air Fryer 10L.

You can now buy the Xiaomi Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L at the brand’s online store in countries like the Netherlands, Spain and France for €199.99. It is unclear when this product could be released in other countries like Germany, where you can already purchase older models like the Smart Air Fryer 4.5L (curr. €64.99 at Mi Store DE).
