Thomus has revealed its TWINNER T1 Pro e-bike. The carbon frame S-Pedelec can reach top speeds of 28 mph (~45 kph) and has a 1,638 Wh battery with smart battery charging controls. Plus, you can choose to add unusual features such as a rearview camera and heated handlebars.

The TWINNER T1 Pro e-bike from Thomus has been revealed. The electric bicycle has a 70Nm Transverse Flux motor fitted to the rear wheel, allowing you to accelerate to a top speed of 28 mph (~45 kph) in 3.6 seconds. The model has a 12-speed Pinion gearbox, and you can shift gears via a control unit integrated into the handlebar.

The TWINNER T1 Pro has a 1,638 Wh battery, which the brand claims is the largest on the market; you can charge the battery to levels between 70 and 100%. A carbon frame, fork, handlebar and wheels help to make the bike lighter, with the medium sized bike weighing around 32.2 kg (~71.0 lbs). Bright front and rear lights help you to see and be seen in the dark and a built-in 3.5-in (~89 mm) display between the handlebars shows information, including your speed and battery level. Thanks to the TWINNER Smart Hub, you can connect your smartphone to the bike, enabling you to track the pedelec's location.

You can currently order the Thomus TWINNER T1 Pro e-bike from the company, with prices starting from 9,810 CHF (~US$10,915, €9,997). Optional extras include ABS braking, a rearview camera and heated handlebars. The e-bike is available in Black Satin, Petrol (Blue), White Satin or Ice Blue. A Founders Edition will also launch later, though only 100 units of the model will be available; you can currently register for the waiting list here.
