Stromer ST7 Alinghi Red Bull Racing Limited Edition e-bike arrives with 260 km range

Stromer has revealed the ST7 Alinghi Red Rull Racing Limited Edition e-bike. The company claims that it is the first S-Pedelec with a Pinion Smart.Shift C1.12i electronic shifting system. Smart.Shift provides a similar gear shift experience to paddle shifters in a sports car, with a pre-selected starting gear tool. The bicycle also has a Gates Carbon Belt drive; the brand suggests these two parts make the bike low maintenance.

The ST7 Alinghi Red Bull Racing Edition’s 940W rear-wheel motor can assist you at speeds up to 45 kph (~28 mph) in Sport mode, delivering 52 Nm of torque. A 1,140 Wh battery allows you to travel up to 260 km (~110 miles) on a single charge. You can connect your smartphone to the e-bike, allowing you to track the GPS location of the bike, view journey statistics and adjust settings via the Stromer OMNI app.
