Tenways AGO T e-bike launching soon with mid-engine and stepless shifting hub
Tenways has announced the launch date and pricing of its AGO T e-bike in the US and Europe. The new model will arrive on July 10, retailing for US$2,699/£2,531/€2,699. The electric bicycle has a Gates Carbon Belt Drive for almost zero maintenance, and an Enviolo Stepless Shifting Hub provides a 100% to 380% gear ratio range.
The AGO T city bike has a Bafang M410 mid-drive motor with up to 80 Nm of torque, and an integrated torque sensor ensures the assistance feels natural. A 504 Wh battery is stored inside the step-through bike's frame, providing up to 100 km (~62 miles) of range. A front suspension fork with lockout and suspension seatpost makes your ride more comfortable. Other parts include puncture-resistant tires from CST, a handlebar display and a rear luggage carrying rack.
The new Tenways model weighs 30 kg (~66 lbs) and can support loads up to 150 kg (~331 lbs). You can choose from Jungle Green, Midnight Black or Pearl White colorways. In the US, you can get US$100 off when you order before August 10, allowing you to buy the bike for US$2,599. Plus, the first 100 customers in the EU to order the Tenways AGO T E-bike will receive a €100 discount, reducing the cost from €2,699 to €2,599. It is unclear whether early bird customers in the UK will also be eligible for an offer.
