Cyrusher Nitro e-bike with 1,000W motor and 85-mile range arrives
The Cyrusher Nitro e-bike has been launched in the EU. The new off-road model has a mid-mounted 1,000W Bafang M620 motor with 1,500W peak power and up to 160 Nm torque. The brand suggests that the mid-drive motor lowers the bike’s centre of gravity for improved stability.
The 960Wh 20Ah Samsung lithium battery allows the Nitro’s drive unit to assist you for up to 85 miles (~137 km) on a single charge. You can fully recharge the battery in five to seven hours, and the power pack is expected to last for 800 cycles. A Bafang DP-C270-Display shows information like your speed and battery life and can be used to toggle between assistance levels. Kenda 26x4-in tires, a Shimano M6000 long arm 10-speed rear derailleur and a 250-lumen LED headlight are also fitted to the bike.
The Cyrusher e-bike weighs 74 lbs (~34 kg), can support loads up to 200 kg (~441 lbs) and is suitable for riders from 5ft 7-in to 6ft 6-in (170 to 200 cm) tall. You can now buy the Cyrusher Nitro e-bike in countries like France and Germany for €4,499 (~US$4,933). The model is currently available with a red or blue frame, with a black option arriving later. It is unclear whether or when the Nitro e-bike could go on sale in the UK or the US.
