The 2023 TCL C64 Series QLED TVs have been launched in Europe. TCL describes the 4K models as super slim and bezel-less, available in six sizes from 43-in to 85-in. The devices have a native 60 Hz refresh rate with Motion Clarity for a smoother picture. Quantum Dot technology and HDR PRO deliver bright colors, and the display has up to 450 nits brightness. Alongside HDR10+, the device supports Dolby Vision and DTS Virtual:X.
Integrated Google TV lets you watch content from popular streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. You can also control the gadget with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa voice commands. For gaming, features of the C64 include Game Master 2.0, AMD FreeSync and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). TCL’s 120 Hz DLG (Dual Line Gate) technology uses algorithms to optimize the refresh rate while lowering latency. However, it is worth noting that this limits the resolution to 1080p.
You can connect consoles, such as a PlayStation 5, via an HDMI 2.1 (eARC) port; other ports include USB 3.0, Ethernet and Audio Out. TCL also states that the TVs are compatible with Dolby Atmos. Some TCL C64 TVs, like the 43-in model, are already available via Amazon in countries including Germany, starting from €449.99 (~US$493). A complete price list can be found below.
