Solé Bicycles e-24 debuts as first electric bike from brand

The e-24 has a 48V 750W motor, assisting you at speeds up to 28 mph (~45 kph) and you can select from three power modes. The 48V 15 Ah battery allows you to travel up to 40 miles (~64 km), fully recharging in around four hours. Other features include Tektro hydraulic disc brakes and Innova 24x3-in tires, which help to make your ride more pleasant despite the lack of suspension. The bike has an aluminum alloy frame, with the model weighing around 55 lbs (~25 kg).

The e-24 comes in five colorways, including the Overthrow (black), el Tigre (orange/silver) and the Ballona (green/white). Only one size is available, suitable for 5ft 4-in to 6ft 4-in (~163 to 193 cm) tall riders. You can now pre-order the Solé Bicycles e-24 e-bike in the US for US$2,199, with shipping to the US and Canada expected to begin in mid-October. Optional extras include front and rear racks priced at US$59.99 each and a Cateye Combo AMP Light Set costing US$64.99.
