Retroid has begun selling a handful of official accessories for its new handheld, the Pocket Nova. Buyers can purchase a travel case, grip case, button sets, and even a secondary display attachment.

Now that the Retroid Pocket Nova is available to pre-order, Retroid has also announced a handful of accessories for the handheld. Some of these accessories are made for the Pocket Nova specifically, while others are existing ones that are compatible with multiple Retroid devices. All accessories are available to buy from the Retroid website.

Retroid Pocket Nova Carrying Case

Among the accessories made specifically for the Pocket Nova is the $10 Retroid Pocket Nova Carrying Case. The hard case comes in black and has raised spots for the handheld's thumbsticks. It also has a belt to keep the handheld secure, an inner pocket for accessories, and a removable wrist strap.

Retroid says the Carrying Case is compatible with both the flat back and bumped back shell. However, it is not compatible with the external TPU grip mentioned below.

Retroid Official Grip and Pouch for Pocket Nova

The TPU grip is designed to work with the Pocket Nova with the flat back shell. So if you have the bumped back shell installed, this grip shouldn't be needed. Available in Black, Purple, and Transparent color options, the case is priced at $15.

Retroid is also selling a drawstring pouch that you can use to store the handheld, if you choose not to purchase the carrying case, or want something smaller that won't take up much space. It is available in black and costs $5.

Retroid Pocket Nova Bumped Back Shell

The Retroid Pocket Nova comes with a flat back shell, but those who pre-order the handheld will get a free bumped back shell which has better ergonomics, but reduces the pocketability. Retroid is also selling the bumped back shell separately for $5, and it is available in all seven colors of the handheld. Buyers get a set of four screws, a screwdriver, and a pick to remove the flat shell.

The Retroid Pocket Nova button set comes with the tools you need.

Glass screen protector, Button set, Dual Screen Add-on, and Official Dock

In addition to the aforementioned accessories, Retroid is selling a $5 glass screen protector which comes as a free gift with pre-ordered units. There's also a $5 full button set that includes D-pad, ABXY, Start, Select, Home, and Return buttons.

The button set also includes a pair of tweezers, two screwdrivers (flat and star), a pick, and 8 screws. The button set is available in all seven colors of the handheld, so you can purchase the buttons for a different color to personalize your Pocket Nova.

Retroid has also confirmed that the $69 Retroid Dual Screen Add-on and $29 Retroid Official Dock are compatible with the Pocket Nova. The former adds a second display to the handheld while the dock allows you to charge the Pocket Nova while simultaneously connecting an HDMI cable, ethernet cable, and other USB accessories.
